Staff tried to help as much as they can.
Hotel was located in a very poor site of the city. It was hard to find it. But you get what you paid for.

Near the train station and post office. Although it is not located in the main street, but the location is not bad, I like the streets nearby. Staff are helpful and nice!!

Goed in al zijn eenvoud Simple and good very helpful staff Simple room, clean, good bed, simple but good breakfast, good location (very close to the old bazar and seaside) Barber around the corner for a very smooth shave that is worth the experience :-)
Not all staff speak English or German, but the one you deal with the most is very friendly, helpful and always greets you with a great smile. When you have long legs your knees will hit the wall when on the toilet, but I didn't mind

You have what you pay for. The hotel is very simple.
It was difficult to find the hotel. When we asked for information for a taxi driver he said it was a dangerous area, but when we got there we did not feel threatened. There were police cars in the area constantly. The local is a bit suspicious.

Reasonably priced hotel, all of the staff were patient and caring, perfect location near a mosque with a real old-man vibe to it. The breakfast was savoury and reasonably good and there was variety of good food.

I stayed in the hotel for four days and enjoyed the friendly environment of the hotel personnel. Considering the price, it was excellent. The hotel is very close to the sea, traditional shopping centers and also to metro and train stations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will consider it again for my future trips to Izmir.

Price is OK. The room and the laundry were clean. The breakfast is acceptable. Shampoo in the bathroom - didn't expect it!
The hotel is hard to find among the small streets. So called "Parking" is on a 3,5 m street where you leave the car while other cars keep passing by on the remaining 1,75 m... The room is tiny - extremely small. The WC is ... one of a kind. Insecticide in the WC stinks bad, but we had no courage to throw it away - I suppose there is a reason why it was there... If you sit on the WC you hardly have any place for legs.
